  7. Prepare of Semolina flour.

  1. Take the kienyeji mbogas,wash thoroughly, cut semi finely. Boil for 20 minutes on mid. Sieve any remaining water and set aside. Cut an onion and fry it,add 1 ripe tomato,add mbogas and a pinch of salt,stir and cover for 10 minutes..
  2. Take the Omenas and sort them,put them in a colander, run warm water to clean them. In a saucepan add oil and fry them slightly to get a crunch,add salt at this stage. Cut an onion and fry it,add royco and a little water,cover for 5 minutes on medium heat..
  3. Take Semolina flour, cook like normal ugali..
  4. Take your onion,tomato and slice of cabbage,chop finely and mix,add mayonnaise and stir,keep in the fridge for 10 minutes..
