- Prepare 2 tins (800 g) of chopped tomatoes.

- Take 300 g of closed cup mushrooms, chopped.
- You need Half of a glass of Pinot Grigio.

- It’s 750 g of spaghetti.
- You need 400 g of feta cheese, cubed.
- Make ready 900 g of pitted black olives.

Spaghetti Bolognase instructions
- In a large pan, combine the butter and oil together on a medium-low heat, until the butter has completely melted..
- Add the onions and garlic with a pinch of salt, and sweat down until the onions are soft and golden. This should take about 8 minutes..
