Ingredients of Protein rich Soya idli
- Take 2 cup of idli batter.
- It’s 1 cup of soya granuels.
- Prepare 1 of onion.
- Prepare 1 of tomato.
- Take 1 tsp of ginger garlic.
- Make ready as per taste of Salt.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of coriander powder.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of amchoor powder.
- Take 1/4 tsp of garam masala powder / whole spice powder.
- Take 2 tsp of oil.
- Make ready 2 tsp of chopped coriander leaves.

- Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan.add 1 tsp chopped ginger garlic.saute for half a minute.now add chopped onions.cook till it become pink..

- Now add chopped tomatoes.saute for 1 minute.add all dry spices such as salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander poder,garam masala and amchoor powder.mix well.now add soaked and drained nutri soya granuels or u can coarse grind the soya chunks(put soya in hot water for 5 minutes and then drained)..
- Mix well.add 4-5 tsp water and cook for 3-4 minutes.add chopped coriander.stuffing is ready.let it be cool for 5 minutes.pour idli batter in moulds.place 1 tsp prepared soya stuffing in the centre.Now cover with more idli batter..
- Steam it for 5 minutes.tasty protein rich idli is ready.serve hot with sambhar and chutney..
