Chilli Chicken Recipe is an Indo-Chinese recipe, popularly served as a starter dish at Chinese restaurants. So this is my first chicken recipe on my channel and it was requested by Syeda Uzma so I am really happy to upload it :D This Chilli Chicken is my family's.

Ingredients of Chilli chicken with gravy
- Take 1/2 kg of Chicken.
- Take 2 of carrot.
- Prepare 2 of capicum.
- Make ready 1 of onion.
- Take 3-4 of hari piyaz.
- You need 3-4 of Hari mirch.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Lehsan adrak paste.
- You need 2 tbsp of soya sauce.
- You need 1 tbsp of Kutti Kali mirch.
- Take 1/2 tsp of Kutti lal mirch.
- Make ready 1 tsp of honey.
- Prepare 1 of chicken cube.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Oil.
- You need 1 tbsp of corn flour.
Ok I am posting Chilli chicken as I promised yesterday………….Chilli chicken is another one popular indo chinese recipe.Traditionally the chicken in this recipe is deep fried and then added in to the sauce.This recipe is quite simple to prepare at home and has an awesome hot and spicy taste.
Chilli chicken with gravy step by step
- Sab se phely chicken marinate Karin 1 tbsp lehsan adrak,1 tbsp soya sauce,1/2 tsp Kutti Kali mirch and salt.
- Carrot, capicum and onion ko cut Kar lein.
- Ek pan man oil dalein.
- 1 tbsp lehsan adrak paste dalein fry Karin.
- Chicken Dal ke tez anch man fry karin or veggies add Karin.
- Than Kutti lal mirch,Kali mirch,honey, chicken cube, soya sauce Dal ke 5 minute pakne dein.
- Than adha glass Pani Dal ke 2 minutes pakne dein.
- 1 tsp corn flour thore se Pani man ghol lein or Dal dein.
- Mazedar chilli chicken ready hai.
- Zeera rice ke sath serve Karin.
