  4. Prepare 1/2 tbsp of baking soda.
  5. It’s 1 tsp of salt.
  6. Take 150 gram of butter.
  7. Make ready 350 gram of sugar.
  8. Prepare 3 of eggs.
  9. Take 1 tbsp of vanilla essence.
  10. Make ready 300 ml of milk.
  11. Make ready of For Chocolate Ganache.
  12. You need 250 gram of semi sweet chocolate.
  13. Prepare 3/4 cup of cream.
  14. It’s 1-2 tbsp of milk.
  15. Prepare 1 tsp of butter.

  17. Take 8-10 of chocolate balls.
  18. Prepare 2-3 tbsp of white chocolate chips.

Chocolate Ganache Cake instructions

  1. For Chocolate Cake:- Grease 9" round pan with oil and spread flour evenly,set aside..
  2. In a bowl,sift together all purpose flour,cocoa powder, baking soda and salt,mix dry ingredients and set aside..
  3. In mixer machine,add butter and sugar,beat until light and fluffy..
  4. During beating,add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition..
  5. Add vanilla essence and beat again..
  6. Now add dry ingredients alternatively with milk,beat until all well combine..
  7. Pour batter into a grease and floured pan and bake in preheated oven at 170°C for 35- 40 minutes..
  8. When done,let the cake cool down on a cooling rack..
  9. For Chocolate Ganache:-In a bowl,add semi sweet chocolate and hot cream, leave it for 4-5 minutes and gently mix..
  10. On double boiler, simmer on low flame, place bowl,add milk and butter,mix well and leave for 10 minutes..
  11. Assembling:-When cake is cool, apply chocolate ganache on it..
  12. Garnish with chocolate balls and white chocolate chips..
  13. Chocolate Ganache Cake is ready to serve..
