Ingredients of Stir-fried Eggplant with Minced Pork and Sweet Basil

  1. Take 1 of pcs./200 gr Long Green Eggplant.
  2. Take 50 gr of Minced Pork.
  3. Take 20 of Sweet Basil Leaves.
  4. You need 1 tbsp of Chopped Garlic.
  5. Take 5 pcs. of Small Chili (Red or Green).
  6. Make ready 1 tsp of White Soy Sauce.
  7. It’s 1 tsp of Maggi Sauce.
  8. Make ready 1 tsp of Bean Paste.
  9. Take 1 tsp of Sugar.
  10. It’s 1 tbsp of Water/Stock.
  11. It’s 1/2 cup of Vegetable Oil.

Pour oil over egg with an wooden spoon so you don't have to flip over egg.Add the beef and stir-fry until almost cooked.Add the eggplant and chilli and stir-fry for another minute.Stir through the fish sauce and oyster sauce.
