Ingredients of PRAWNS WITH BANANA SAMBAL (Udang Sambal Pisang)
- You need 250 g of shrimp, back sliced open.
- Make ready 1 tsp of lemon juice.
- It’s 1 tsp of fish sauce.
- Take 1 bunch of cassava leaves, boiled and sliced.

- Take 13 pcs of cayenne peppers.
- You need 6 pcs of red chilis, cut into rough pieces.
- Prepare 2 of medium tomatoes, chopped.
- Take 2 of bananas (young), peeled and grilled briefly.

- Take 2 cloves of garlic.
- Take 1 tsp of shrimp paste (if desired).
- It’s to taste of Salt and sugar.
- You need of Cooking oil/frying oil.
Remove from fire and serve hot with rice.Add the frozen prawns or shrimp and the asem (tamarind) and cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally until the prawns turn pink.Add the soy beans and serve.I use frozen, raw shrimps or prawns.
