Ingredients of Pudina Paratha / Mint Parata
- Prepare 4 cup of Wheat flour ,.
- Take 2 cups, of pudina (mint).
- It’s to taste of salt.
- Prepare 6 tbsp of white butter.

- Mix together wheat flour, salt to taste & strained. Add water gradually & make a tight dough. Cover the weight cloth on dough for half an hour..
