- Ingredients.
- Heat up the oil in large fry pan or wok.
- When oil is hot, add onions fry for 1 minute then add the garlic.
- Add the meat to the onions and fry for 10 minutes. Then add the red wine let it bubble on high for 2 minutes. Then turn down let it simmer in the fry pan for 5 minutes.
- While the beef is frying add the tomatoes to a large saucepan and the can of water and heat up.
- Add the two beef bouillon or cubes to the tomato and stir in, then the bay leaves and basil and stir in.
- When the meat is ready, add it to the heated tomato in the saucepan and mix well. When boiling, turn down and simmer on low for 20 minutes.
- After 20 mins of the meat simmering add the smoked pork sausage and add the salt and pepper stir leave for a further 10 minutes simmering.
