  15. Make ready 1 packages of noodles.
  16. Take 1 tsp of oregano.
  17. It’s 1 tsp of lawrys seasoned salt.
  18. It’s 2 tsp of olive oil.
  19. It’s 15 oz of Ricotta cheese (low fat if desired).
  20. Make ready 3 cup of mozzarella cheese.
  21. Prepare 10 oz of Frozen Box of Spinach, thawed and squeezed.
  22. Make ready 1/2 cup of water (if needed).
  23. You need 2 tbsp of worcestershire sauce (optional).
  24. Take 1 of egg.
  25. You need 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese.

I'm going to be real with you.This lasagna is a labor of love.It takes time and there are several steps to follow.I will say however, that the end product is well worth your effort and it is one of the healthiest most yummy lasagna recipes around.

Veggies vs.Meatie Lasagna instructions

  1. Cook the noodles as directed on the box. Just remember al dente.
  2. Brown the meat and drain.
  3. Meanwhile, Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare your pan or baking dish by spreading the olive oil in the pan.
  4. Chop THE carrots.
  5. In medium bowl, stir together ricotta, Parmesan,egg, and spinach.
  6. With the drain brown meat, add worchester sauce, seasoning,garlic, and bay leaves bring to medium heat.
  7. After 5 mins, add sauce and paste.
  8. Taste the meat at this point, add more seasonings to your liking. Bring the carrots into the meat sauce.
  9. Stir constantly to get the flavors mixed in..
  10. Spread 1 cup pasta sauce over bottom of baking dish/ foil pan. Arrange 3 lasagna noodles side by side in pan. If it can hold a 4th then add a 4th layer.Spread 1 1/4 cups ricotta mixture over top of noodles. Top with the meat sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella. Repeat layering two more times with sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, and cheese.Top with remaining noodles. Gently press lasagna noodles down into pan, so sauce comes up around sides. Add SAUCE On Top AND Sprinkle remaining mozzarella all over as finishing touch. Cover dish with foil..
