Ingredients of Quinoa Pasta
- It’s 2 cups of quinoa.
- It’s 2 TB of chia seeds.
- Prepare 6 TB of + 1/2 c warm water.
- You need 2 TB of olive oil.

Quinoa Pasta instructions
- Make Quinoa flour.
- Rinse quinoa and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 min on 200 until completely dry and a little crispy.
- Put through the omega using the blank screen until a powder forms. Use a sifter to remove the pieces that didn't crush well.
- I put it through the juicer 3 times to get as much as I can. Most of it crushed really well.
- Mix the chia seeds with 6 tablespoons of water until it gets thick. Amazing the way it works!! Got real awesome and goey.
- Add olive oil, flour and water to the chia seeds.
- Mix until a dough forms, shouldn't be too sticky.
- Attach pasta attachment of your choice to the blank screen of the omega.
- Feed the dough through the spout and plunge it down.
- Watch the beuatiful pasta shoot out!.
- Boil for five minutes.
- Drain out water.
- Serve with tomato sauce or however you like to eat pasta enjoy!.
