Ingredients of Baked artichoke with Meat
- It’s 500 g of medium frozen artichokes, around 12 pieces and you can use canned artichoke hearts.
- Prepare 1/2 kg of lamb, cut into very small cubes.
- Prepare 1 of small onion, finely chopped.
- It’s 1 clove of garlic, minced.
- It’s 3 tablespoons of fresh coriander, finely chopped.
- You need 1/4 cup of lemon juice, or 1 lemon squeezed.
- Prepare 1 tablespoon of corn starch.
- You need 2 of cinnamon sticks.
- Prepare 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
- Take 1/4 cup of roasted pine nuts.
- It’s of pepper to taste.
- It’s of salt to taste.

- Fill each artichoke heart with 1 tbsp meat cubes and then pour the thickened meat broth over the baking pan. Place in oven on high heat for ten minutes. Do not allow meat broth to evaporate completely.
