Ingredients of Murg Paanwaala

  1. Prepare 1 bowl of half boiled chicken.
  2. It’s 1 cup of chopped betel leaves (paan).
  3. It’s 1 cup of chopped tomatoes.
  4. It’s 1 cup of chopped onions.
  5. Take 2 tbsp of butter.
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste.
  7. Prepare 2 tbsp of mint-coriander-chilli paste.
  8. Take 1 tbsp of garam masala.
  9. Prepare as per taste of Salt.
  10. It’s as per requirement of Water.

Murg Paanwaala step by step

  1. Add 1 cup chopped tomatoes, 1 cup chopped onions & 1 cup chopped betel leaves to a mixer..
  2. Then add 1 cup water & blend well..
  3. Melt 2 tbsp butter in a pan. Add 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 2 tbsp mint-coriander-chilli paste and mix well..
  4. Then add the blended mixture & 1 tbsp garam masala. Mix well..
  5. Add 1 bowl half boiled chicken and salt to taste. Add water if required. Cover & cook on low flame..
  6. Once cooked, garnish & serve hot with roti or naan..
