- Take 200 gm of Wheat flour.
- It’s 25 gm of maida.
- Take 25 gm of Semolina.

- Boil the chickpeas..
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Put all the whole spices in the pan and saute it..
- Put ginger, garlic, green chilli, onion and fry it until they are brown..
- Put all the grinded spices, tomatoe puree, chopped tomatoes, some water and let it cook for 2-3 minutes..
- Put all the boiled chickpeas and let it cook till the texture is thick. Add coriander and cheese to it..
- Mix aata, suji, maida, 1/2 tbsp oil and prepare a dough..
- Make big and thick rotis and give it the shape of a plate by pressing it's corners..
- Stuff the roti with chickpeas. Put water to the corners of another roti and stick to the previous one by pressing the corners..
- Now cook it in the tandoor..
