Dosa or Savory Crepes are a staple in a south Indian household, be it for breakfast lunch dinner or as a snack. There are different dosa such as Set dosa, Ragi dosa, Masala dosa etc.

Ingredients of Protein Rich Dosa
- Make ready 2 cup of Yellow moong dal.
- You need 1 cup of green moong dal.
- It’s 1/4 cup of chana dal.
- You need 2-3 of dry red chillies.
- Make ready 4-5 of green chillies.
- You need 1 tsp of ginger.
- It’s 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
- It’s 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- It’s to taste of salt.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of black salt.
- You need 2 tsp of Coriander leaves.
- It’s as needed of oil for cooking.

Protein Rich Dosa instructions
- Soak dal for around 4 hrs.
- Grind the dal with dry red chilli, green chilli and ginger.
- Pour the batter to a pan & add all the spices..
- Heat a tawa… pour 1/2tbsp batter and spread outward to make a dosa..
- Apply some oil.. flip and cook from both the sides..
- Serve with chutney..
