- Now take a pan add only 1 tsp oil when the oil is hot add cumin seed when the cumin seed crackle add hing and grated ginger for a gud digesion.then add our masala paste stir immediately.dont the masala burn.add our chanagive a gud stir then add salt acc to taste.thrn add finely chopped boiled potato mix all togther now switch off the flame..let the chanacool down.
