Murgh Musalam step by step
- Sabut chicken ko cut laga lain.
- Aik bowl mein yogurt daale is mein ginger garlic paste add kar lain, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, red chilli flake, black pepper, whole spice powder, salt, chaat masala add kar lain. Achi tarhan dahi mein mix kar lain..
- Dahi mein sabut chicken ko marinate kar lain aur refrigerator mein 4 ghante k liye rakh dain..
- Jab 4 ghante ho jaen tu marinate ki howe chicken ko saucepan mein steam dain 25 minute k liye jab masala pani chode tu pani ko khusk kr lain. Alag kadhai mein oil daale aur 5 minute aik side se fry karain aur dosre side ko bhi 5 minutes k liye fry karain..
- Jab dono side se fry ho jae tu dish mein nikaal lain salaad ya french fries k sath serve karain..
