Aloo Kulcha Recipe is one of the most popular North Indian flat breads there are. Crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, filled with a spiced potato stuffing, these kulcha are delicious accompaniment to any Indian meal.
Here is the best “Potato kulcha(aalu paratha)" recipe we have found until now. This is gonna really delicious.
Ingredients of Potato kulcha(aalu paratha)
- You need 2 bowl of Potato boiled and mashed.
- Make ready to taste of Salt.
- Make ready 1 tsp of Red chilli.
- You need 1 tsp of Ginger.
- It’s 1 tsp of Garlic chopped.
- Make ready leaves of Coriander.
- Take 1/2 tsp of Carom seeds.
- Take of For dough.
- You need 1 bowl of Wheat flour.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- Take of Oil for cook.
Also to the flour, curd, baking soda and warm milk is added.But for Aloo paratha, the dough is made of normal whole wheat flour.You can use the same potato mixture for both Kulcha and Aloo paratha.This is the first time I made aloo kulcha.
Potato kulcha(aalu paratha) instructions
- First knead dough keep aside.
- Make stuffing by stuffing ingredients.
- Take a ball of dough….roll it stuff with potato….seal it…roll it again…cook from both sides…by oil..till crisp.
