Ingredients of Stuffed Aloo Kulcha
- You need 1 cup of mix Flour (maida+ wheat flour).
- Take 1/2 cup of curd.
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.
- It’s 1/2 tsp of sugar.
- Make ready of Salt as per taste.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds.
- Prepare 1 tsp of oil.
- It’s of Warm water as required.
- Take 3 of medium patatoes (boiled).
- You need 1 of Onion (finely chopped).
- Prepare 3 of green chillies paste.
- Make ready 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
- Make ready of Salt as per taste.
- Take 1/2 tsp of kitchen king masala.
- Make ready 1/2 tsp of Dry Mango Powder.
- You need of Hand full of coriander leaves (chopped).
- You need 1 cube of cheese.
- Prepare 1 tsp of sesame seeds.

- Now take a rolling board. Sprinkle some dry flour on it. Take a portion of dough. Spread it with hand and put stuffing in it. Close it and roll it. Paste some sesame seeds and Coriander.
- Take iron griddle on full flame at least for 5 min. Now flap the rolled kulcha on rolling board. Brush water on the back side of kulcha. Place this water side part on the hot griddle so that it get stick on it. Now with the help of pincer flap the griddle directly to the flame. Make sure it get roast from all the side..
- Now take the kulcha on plate. Put homemade butter on it. Cut it with cutter. Grate cheese cube and serve with onions and ketchup..
