Ingredients of Amritsari aloo kulcha

  1. Prepare 3 cup of wheat flour.
  2. Prepare 1 cup of all purpose flour.
  3. Prepare to taste of Salt according.
  4. Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  5. Take 1 of coriander powder.
  6. You need 1 tsp of chat masala.
  7. Take 1 tsp of dry mango powder.
  8. It’s 1 tsp of black salt.
  9. It’s 1/2 of turmeric powder.
  10. It’s 1 of onion chopped.
  11. It’s 3-4 of garlic chopped.
  12. Make ready 1 inch of ginger chopped.
  13. You need 5-6 of mint leaves chopped.
  14. You need as needed of Coriander leaves chopped.
  15. It’s 2-3 of green chilli chopped.
  16. Prepare 1 tsp of pomegranate powder.
  17. Take 1 cup of curd.
  18. Take as needed of Water for kneading dough.
  19. You need 1 tsp of white sesame.
  20. You need 1 tsp of carom seeds.
  21. You need 5-6 of potatoes.

  1. Wheat flour, all purpose flour, salt,carom seeds..
  2. Carom seeds,curd and mix well.
  3. Knead well and add 1 tsp oil and put aside..

  5. Take and boil it for 5 to 6 whistle.
  6. Peel the potatoes and mash it smooth.
  7. Take the onion,green chilli, lemon,coriander leaves, ginger and garlic.
  8. Mint leaves and chop all these.
  9. Add black salt,turmeric powder and chat masala.
  10. Salt,dry mango powder, green chilli.
  11. Ginger,garlic and lemon juice,coriander leaves.
  12. Onions, red chilli powder and mix well.
  13. Mint leaves and Pomegranate powder,now all ingredients are ready to make kulcha.
  14. Take water in a bowl,carom seeds and white sesame.
  15. Take all ingredients in front, make a roll of dough and dust the flour.
  16. Flatten with your palm, make a ball of stuffing and again dust the flour.
  17. Put the ball in flatten dough and and make modak.
  18. Heat the twa, flatten the kulcha and put white sesame, coriander leaves and carom seeds inside.next side brush the water nicely.
  19. Put it on twa and put it twa like this and roast it in medium flame.
  20. Take out from twa,put on plate and rub the butter and serve hot hot amritsari aaloo kulcha..
