Ingredients of Stuffed kulcha
- Prepare 2 cup of wheat flour.
- Make ready 1 tbsp of oil.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- Take as required of Water.
- Make ready of Stuffing:-.
- You need 2 of medium sized boiled potatoes.
- Make ready 1/4 tsp of aamchur powder.
- It’s 1/4 tsp of garam masala.
- You need 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- It’s 2 of green chillies.
- Make ready 1/4 tsp of ajwain.
- Make ready to taste of Salt.
- You need as required of Coriander leaves.
Traditionally, this delicious Indian flat-bread is baked in a clay oven (tandoor).This is a restaurant-style stuffed kulcha recipe which can be made easily by anyone at home.Kulcha is a stuffed flatbread that is made from all-purpose flour and easily available in the Indian subcontinent.There are many recipes of kulcha like potato kulcha, paneer kulcha, onion kulcha, mix kulcha, etc.

- Stuffing:- boil the potatoes and mash it properly.add green chillies finely chopped,ginger garlic paste,garam masala and amchur powder to it. Mix them well.our stuffing is ready..
- Prepare dough. Divide it in equal proportion, roll And fill the stuffing inside it. Fold as shown properly.sprinkle sesame seeds and coriander leaves.roll it again. On another side spread water and keep it on tawa..
- Heat it on reverse side properly but reversing the tawa towards stove side. Turn it both side..
- Add butter and serve hot….
