- Requiredment ke hisab se pani add kare doe lagale usko jyada guthe nahi (no kneed) usko 20 ya 30 min ke liye thak ke rakh dijiye doe ko tyt nahi lagana he.
- Ek kadai me oil garam kare usme jeera hing add kare saath me ginger paste bhi add kare or saute.
- Fresh mutter crush add kare or saute saath e green chilly paste bhi add kare ab sare masale add kare stuffing ready he ab thanda hone dijiye.
- Doe ki loyi tode or mutter ki stuffing bharake pura pack karde.
- Ek kadai me oil garam kare frying ke liye ab kachori ko bele or deep fry kare golden hone tak.
- For tomato chutney timeto ko cooker me boil kar dijiye uski skin utarake fine ruffly chopped kijiye ab ek kadai me 1tso oil garam kare jeera hing add karke tomato add karke saute gud /sugar add kare or sare masale add kare last me fresh coriander se garnish kare.
- Muter kachodi or tomato chutney serve kare.
