Ingredients of Vegetable Oats Uttapam
- Prepare 1 bowl of oats.
- Make ready 2 tbsp of rice flour.
- Make ready 2 tbsp of semolina.
- Take To taste of salt.
- Take 1 of small capsicum.
- It’s 1 of onion.
- You need 2 of Green chilli.
- Make ready 2 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves.
- Make ready 1 inch of " piece grated ginger.
- Make ready 4-6 pods of garlic.
- You need 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric.
- You need 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds powder.
- It’s As required of water.
- You need 1 tbsp of cooking oil.
- Make ready as required of Sauce.
Vegetable Oats Uttapam instructions
- Dry roast oats and then grind in a mixer to a fine powder..
- In a mixing bowl add rice flour, semolina, grinded oats, salt and curd. Mix it well..
- Add 1/2 cup water in it and keep covered for 1 hour..
- After 1 hour Chop capsicum, onion, green chilli, ginger, garlic and coriander leaves and mix in tha batter..
- Heat a non-stick griddle and brush with a little cooking Oil and pour batter and spread with the help of spetula evenly. Roast for 2 minutes on medium to low flame. Flip the side. Sprinkle little cooking Oil and roast from other side till golden also. Flip again and roast for 1 minute.
- Likewise make all the uttapams..
