Ingredients of Halwa Puri and Chole
- Take 4 tbs of sooji.
- Prepare 3/4 glass of water.

- It’s 1 tbs of Ginger garlic paste.
- You need 1 of tea bag.
- It’s 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Take 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- You need 1 tsp of coriander powder.
- You need 1 tsp of garam masala powder.
- Make ready 1 tsp of Chaat Masala powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of jeera.
- It’s Pinch of asafoetida.
- Make ready to taste of Salt.
- Make ready 1 tbs of oil.

- Make ready 1,1/2 cup of wheat flour or white flour.

- For Chhole#Method- Heat oil in a pan add jeera and onions sauté 2 minutes than add Ginger garlic paste, sauté 1 minute after add all spices, tomatoes mix well and add boil Chhole and 1/2 water.Cook 2 to 3 minutes and after turn off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves and Serve..
- For Puri- Add oil and salt, yogurt in a flour and mix well.Add water little by little and make a smooth dough. Dough should not be sticky or too soft. Divided lemon size Small balls. Take a ball, roll it in a oil surface till thin. Heat oil in a pan and drop Puri in oil,press on top till puffy, flip over and cook. Serve,with Halwa and Chhole.
