Ingredients of Chicken bites!
- Make ready 1 kg of boneless chicken.
- Take 1 tbspn of Ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare 1 bunch of coriander leaves.
- It’s 1 bunch of mint leaves.
- Take 1 tsp of garam masala powder.
- Take 2 of medium onion.
- Take 1 of big tomato.
- Prepare 2 tbspn of hung curd.
- Make ready 4-5 of green chillies.
- You need of Salt.
- Take 1 tsp of lemon juice.
- Prepare 2 tbspn of kasuri methi.
- Prepare of Gathiya chutney.
- Make ready 1 cup of gathiya.
- You need 3 of green chillies.
- It’s of Salt.
- You need 2 bunch of coriander leaves.
- It’s 2 of garlic cloves.
- Make ready of Garnishing.
- It’s 1 packet of Sev puri.
- It’s 1/2 of cupThin sev.
- Take 1 of medium finely chopped onion.
- Take 1 tbspn of tomato ketchup.
Place on a greased baking sheet.Garlic Chicken Bites are the perfect wholesome and filling dinner, or this crowd pleaser can be served as a heavy appetizer.Not only is this meal quick, easy, and delicious, but also is gluten free, dairy free, and high in protein!Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Chicken bites! step by step
- Cut the chicken into cubes,marinate with lemon juice and salt for half an hour!.
- Prepare the masala: take onion,tomato,hung curd,green chillies,coriander leaves,mint leaves grind into fine thick paste,take out in a bowl add garam masala powder and ginger garlic paste mix well! Add this masala to the marinated chicken cubes mix well and rest for 2 hours!.
- Add ghee to the pan, add the marinated chicken to it and cook add kasuri methi mix well, let the chicken be dry completely.(make sure you keep mixing it lightly,because mixing hard will crush the cubes once cooked) ready!.
- Chutney: take gathiya,green chillies,garlic cloves,coriander leaves and salt, add water if needed, grind it to fine paste! Chutney is ready!.
- Take a serving tray add the puri(i took the puri which we use in sev bateta puri) (monaco biscuit can also be used as base) optional! Add little ketchup,then add the piece of chicken,drizzle some green gathiya chutney add chopped onion and some thin sev! Ready to serve🙃.
Cut chicken into bite-size pieces; place in a bowl.Add salad dressing and stir to coat.Add potato chips and toss well.
Into a large bowl add flour and chicken pieces.Use a spoon to toss the chicken into the flour until all pieces are coated.Transfer the chicken to another clean bowl and discard the excess flour.Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.Serve immediately, garnished with Parmesan and parsley, if desired.
