- Prepare 1 tbsp of Baking Soda..

- It’s 2 cup of Brown Sugar..
- You need 2 of Eggs..
- It’s 1 tsp of Salt..
Cut up thick slices of the bread and freeze them for a lunch box treat or for an on-the-go breakfast, toasted and spread with peanut or almond butter.In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.In another bowl, combine the eggs, bananas, oil, buttermilk and vanilla; add to flour mixture, stirring just until combined.In large bowl, beat sugar and butter with spoon until light and fluffy.

- Break to 2 eggs into the mixture..
- Smash the bananas..
- Put in the smash bananas into the mixture & mix it together..
- Mix the baking powder with baking soda & salt..
- Pour the mixture into the baking powder & mix all together..
- Pour the mixture into the loaf pan & pre heat the oven at 177°C..
- Bake for 60min at 177°C..
- Use a chopstick or toothpick enter into the banana bread & it should came out clean. Let the bread rest for 10min at room temperature..
