Ingredients of Masala Chai
- Prepare (2 teaspoon) of Tea leaves.
- Take (2 teaspoon) of Sugar.
- You need (1 inch) of Ginger.
- Make ready 1-2 of Elaichi(Cardamom).
- Take 3-4 of long pepper.
- Take (3cups) of Milk.
- Prepare (1.5cups) of Water.

- Take water and add crushed ginger, Elaichi, long pepper and let that boil..
- Now add Tea leaves and sugar and wait for 5 minutes (but don't let your eyes off of it).
- After that add milk and let that boil for 2 minutes or so. Then turn the flame off and take a nice Chuski 😉.
