Ingredients of Sticky ‘Ponzu’ Chicken Wings
- Make ready 1.2-1.5 kg of Chicken Wings, Winglets or Nibbles.
- It’s 1 Cup of ‘Ponzu’ *OR Rice Vinegar 1/2 Cup & Soy Sauce 1/2 Cup.
- You need 1/4 Cup of Sugar *can be replaced by your favourite sweetener.
- It’s 2 cloves of Garlic *grated.
- You need 2 teaspoons of Grated Ginger.
