Tea for beginners Recipe. How to prepare it? What are the ingredients? Cooking tips and more… It is one of my favourite food recipe, this time i will make it a little bit tasty.
I've settled on a couple of green teas first. If you're looking to get your friends involved, or for yourself if you know it has a good health angle to it as well then you'll already enjoy the fact that green tea has numerous health benefits due to the higher amount of oxidants called Catechins.
Here is the best “Tea for beginners” recipe we have found so far. This will be really delicious.
Ingredients of Tea for beginners
- Prepare 1 tea cup of Milk.
- You need 1 tea cup of Water.
- You need 1 full teaspoon of Black tea dust/powder, tea leaves.
- It’s 3 teaspoon of Sugar (to taste).
- You need 1 inch of Ginger fresh piece, crushed.
- Prepare 1/4th teaspoon (pinch) of Tea masala.
- Prepare 10 - 20 of Fresh tulsi/holy basil leaves.
- Prepare 2 of laung/coloves.
- Take 2 of green cardamom.
- Prepare 1 pinch of cinnamon stick.
- Prepare 1/4th tsp of ginger powder.
- Prepare 1/4th teaspoon of black pepper powder.

Tea for beginners step by step
- Take a pan/tapeli/bhagoni/topiya/teapot..
- Boil 1 cup water. After a boil add 1 cup milk & 1 teaspoon tea leaves. Take a boil, a colour of tea is coming & milk is warm now..
- Add crushed ginger fresh & spices (as mentioned in *). All are optional/upto your choice..
- If tea masala is using then avoid * mentioned spices..
- If fresh ginger is using, avoid saunth/ginger powder..
- Add sugar & boil 3-4 minutes till dark tea colour achieved..
- Hot tea ready. Sieve it in two cup of tea with a tea strainer. Spices are generally used in winter & so tulsi leaves should/may be added..
- Everything is optional. Only tea, milk & water compulsory + sugar..
- If you want to drink BLACK TEA then skip milk also..
- Common mistake in making ginger tea- when milk is not hot/one boiled, some people add ginger & then they boil which inturn curdle milk (milk fatt jata hai & chai pani pani jaisi ho jati hai)..
- So take only one care. Except tea leaves, milk & water everything should be added after a boil/hot condition..
