Easy Way to Prepare Perfect Qulfi

It is often described as "traditional Indian ice cream". It is popular throughout India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan.
Here is the best “Qulfi” recipe we have found so far. This will be smell and look delicious.
Ingredients of Qulfi
- It’s 1 liter of whole milk.
- Make ready 1 cup of sugar.
- Take 1/2 cup of condensed milk.
- Prepare 1 tin of evaporated milk.
- It’s 1 tsp of cardamon powder.
- You need 1 tsp of kewra water.
- Prepare 250 gms of khoya (milk solids).
- You need 2 tbsp of cornflour or dry milk powder.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of pista badam chopped.
Kulfi is best described as Indian-style ice cream.However, unlike ice cream, kulfi is not churned.This is a fantastic summer dessert.This is a quick and easy version of kulfi with pistachios.
Qulfi step by step
- Cook milk till it reduces to 1/2on slow flame..
- Add evaporated and condensed milk, cardamon powder and cook..
- Add sugar and khoya and keep cooking add cornflour dissolved in little milk and mix well and cook till it gets thick.
- Turn flame off.
- Add kewra and pista badam.
- Take a container and pour this mixture when cool come and cover with butter paper than with lid..
- Keep in freezer over night..
- Take out and you mould on a serving plate.
- Garnish with pista badam..
- Very delicious qulfi is ready..
