- Method For Batter–
Firstly, in a large bowl take Besan. Add rice flour, add turmeric powder, salt, carom seeds, asafoetida,baking soda and add water as required. Mix well and make smooth batter. Keep aside..
- In a bowl mix curd and besan well enough adding 2 cups of water to form a semi thick syrup. Take a pan and heat 2 tbsp of oil. Once oil becomes hot, add mustard seeds. When seeds start to crackle, add whole green chili, asafoetida.
