- It’s 300/400 gms of Jada Poha (soaked in water 10 minutes).
- Make ready 5/8 of Green Chillies Or Ginger Garlic Paste.
- Make ready 4/6 of Curry Leaves.
- You need 1/2 of Boiled Patatoes.
- It’s 1/2 of Medium Onions.
- It’s 1 Cup of Green Peas.
- It’s Half of Cup Peanuts.
- Prepare 1 Tsp of Mustard seeds (Rai).
- You need 1 Tsp of Cumin (Jeera).
- It’s 10 gm of Coriander.
- It’s 1 of Lemon slice.
- Make ready 1/2 Tsp of Salt (As Per Taste).

POHA Kanda/Aloo Lockdown recipe (Tea Time Snack) step by step
- Take all ingredients togather.
- Take 3/4 Tsp Oil in vessel heat on Medium Flame for two minutes,now add 1 Tsp Cumin,1 Tsp Mustard seeds & Peanuts,After a minute add Curry Leaves..
- Start adding Onions, Green Peas & Green Chillies and sauté for a while until you hear Poping..
- As the veggies are done well, start adding Poha,Boiled Patatoes, squeeze the Lemon, Tsp Salt & Tsp Turmeric Powder..
- Mix everything well until everything Yellow and your done..
- Garnish With Coriander & yes Gujju's prefer Poha with Barik Sev.
Made with onions, potatoes and seasoning like chillies, lemon and curry leaves make up.Potatoes have fried them earlier and then mixed in poha.This process helps in saving time and the potatoes.
