- Mashed the cooked veg with hands in a bowl.
- Add ginger chillies onion along with besan and oil.
- Give a quick stir with spoon.
- Add salt chat masala and ajwaine with baking soda.
- Mix well all the ingredients with spoon or hand.
- Heat oil in a kadhai.
- Drop small portions with a spoon to hot oil.
- Fry all the pakoras on medium flame till crisp from both sides.
- Take off the fried pakoras on the absorbent paper.
- Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
