  2. Prepare 1 jar (32 ounce) of culinary chicken stock, OR chicken broth OR stock (32 ounce).
  3. It’s 2 cans (15.5 ounce) of Goya chick peas, undrained (garbanzo beans).
  4. You need 1 can (14.5 ounce) of diced tomatoes.
  5. You need 10 cloves of garlic, minced.
  6. Make ready 2 of onions, sliced.
  7. It’s 1 of green pepper, sliced.
  8. It’s 10 of mini sweet peppers, any color combination, sliced.
  9. Make ready 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper.
  10. Make ready 1 tablespoon of oregano leaves.
  11. Prepare 1/4 teaspoon of Sazon with achiote.
  12. Make ready 1/8 teaspoon of crushed red pepper.

  1. Rinse and pat dry your chicken breasts, cut into strips……
  2. Place strips into crockpot…….
  3. Add into crockpot your chicken stock, garbanzo beans and diced tomatoes……
  4. Next add in your minced garlic, sliced onions, green pepper and mini sweet peppers……
  5. Now add your black pepper, oregano leaves, Sazon, crushed red pepper and ground cumin, mix all well……
  6. Cover crockpot slightly and cook on low heat for 5 - 6 hours, or until chicken has been cooked through and is no longer pink, stirring occasionally…….
  7. Serve over yellow rice or enjoy by itself with crusty bread and enjoy 😉!.
