- When it thickens, Turn off the flame. Add 1 tbsp of ghee and mix throughly..
- Grease a plate with ghee and then transfer the thick mixture to the plate and flatten it properly. Let it cool for one hour..
- Cut into square or desired shapes with a knife..
- In a kadhai, Heat some oil and deep fry till both sides become golden brown..
