- You need 2 of Green elaichi powder.
- Take 6 of Black pepper.

- Ghee grm kar ke pyaz fry karyn. Brown hony lgyn to sara ghee nikal lyn r thora sa rehny dyn piyaz main.
- Adrak lehsan hari mirch paste mila ke bhon lyn than add all spices grm msla powder ke ilwa sabat gram msaly b dal dyn than add 3 tomato 1 ke slice kar ke end py dalna hyn than add chicken & dahi thori dair cover kar dyn taky dahi ke pani main chicken gal jay 15m baad bhon lyn 1 lemon slice add kar dyn r imli b last py gram masla powder & thora podina add kar ke flame off kar dyn.
- Rice main 1 tbspn salt add kar boil kar lyn 1 kani rakh lyn.
- Pateely ko Grease kar ke 1st layer rice than thora masala chicken & again rice than masla.
- Last py rice ki layer lagake chicken tomato slice sara mint kewra colour r 5m taiz flme py dam lagadyn r 15m low flame py after mix.
- Chicken biryani ready.
