Ingredients of Pork schnitzel & Mashroom sauce

  3. You need 2 of Eggs (beaten).
  4. Make ready 1 cup of bread crumbs.
  5. You need 1 cup of all purpose flour.
  6. You need of For Maschroom sauce:.
  7. Prepare 10 of Mashroom.
  8. Make ready 2 tsp of butter.
  9. It’s 50 gr of Bacon.
  10. Prepare 1 tbsp of Tomato paste.
  11. It’s 1 of Onion (small size).
  12. You need 2 tbsp of Coconut cream.
  13. Make ready 1 tbsp of Parsley (chopped).
  14. It’s 1/2 tsp of corn starch (mix in 5 tbsp water).
  15. You need to taste of Salt & Pepper.
  16. It’s 150 ml of Water.

  4. Coat pork chops with all purpose flour, dip it into beaten egg, and then coat it with bread crumbs. Set it aside..
  5. Heat some oil in a pan. If the oil is already hot enough, fry the schnitzel for 3-4 minutes each side until golden brown..
  6. Serve it with the Mashroom sauce..
  7. For Mashroom sauce:.
  8. Melt 1 tsp butter in a skillet over medium high heat. Add mushrooms and cook it about 4 to 5 minutes. Set it aside..
  9. To the same skillet, Melt 1 tsp butter. Add the bacon, stir it for 2-3 minutes..
  10. Stir in onion, saute it until fragrant. Add 150 ml water..
  11. Add tomato paste, chicken stock, coconut cream, salt, pepper. Stir them evenly, and let it boil for 5 minutes..
  12. Stir in corn starch, so the sauce is thickened..
  13. The last, add the parsley. Stir it well, and serve it!.
