Seviyan ka Zarda aka Meethi Seviyan aka Seviyan Ka Meetha is the most delicious and delicate recipe of Sevai. It is rich, creamy, moderately sweet and delicious dessert that is an important recipe for Eid celebrations and other celebratory occasions.
Here is the best “Sewai Zarda” recipe we have found so far. This will be really delicious.
Ingredients of Sewai Zarda
- You need 2 cups of roasted vermicelli.
- It’s 1/2 cup of milk.
- It’s 1/2 cup of chopped dry fruits.
- You need 1/4 cup of ghee.
- It’s 1/2 cup of sugar.
- You need 1/2 tsp of kewra water.
This is the most easy way and common to make it I try many recipes and found this recipes is quit easy and my whole family also love to eat.I have got so many requests for the shemai zarda recipe.No wonder this special dessert is almost everyone's favorite.I prepare it in three different ways.
Sewai Zarda step by step
- Heat ghee in aheavy bottomed pan.Fry chopped dry fruits for 1 minute.Take out and keep aside..
- Add vermicelli in the remaining ghee,roast on low flame for 5 minutes..
- Add milk and give a quick stir,add sugar and lower the flame..
- Cook till sugar melts,add dry fruits.Stir..
- Put off flame,add kewra water and serve..
