- You need 1.5 kg of chicken.

- At first marinated chicken with salt & fried into ghee untill it turns a bit golden color..
- Now tempting with onions, bay leaves,cardamons and cinnamon. Fry it for 2-3 minutes..
- Now add ginger garlic paste and then add onion paste after 1 min..
- When oil gets heated then add the fried chicken, red chilli powder, salt and fried onion paste.Cook for 10-15 minutes with cover..
- Hope it'll be boiled after 10-15 minutes and then add sugar & curd. Again cooked for 5-10 minutes with cover..
- At last added nutmeg powder, cream and white pepper powder and boiled it for 1-2 minutes. then then off your stove..
