Ingredients of Shrimp and Tofu Stir-Fry
- Prepare of Large bag of medium shrimp, peeled and no tails.
- Prepare of Sweet onion, diced.
- Make ready of Zucchini, diced.
- You need of green onions, chopped.
- Prepare of Baby portobella mushrooms, roughly chopped.
- Make ready of diced garlic.
- You need of salt.
- You need of Sesame seeds.
- You need of olive oil, extra virgin for sauteing.
- You need of mini corns, drained and rinsed.
- Take of bean sprouts or 1/3 cup fresh bean sprouts.
- You need of Super firm Tofu, cubed (bought mine cubed already).
- Prepare of Bottle of Orange Sauce, any brand will do.
- It’s of Teriyaki sauce.
- Prepare of low sodium soy sauce.
- It’s of water chestnuts, drained and rinsed.
- Take of Broccoli slaw.
