- You need of Peanut sauce:.
- Prepare 250 gr of peanut (fried).
- Prepare 2 of long red chilies.
- You need 1 tsp of salt.
- It’s 1 tbsp of palm sugar.
- Take 1 tbsp of sweet soy sauce.
- Prepare 1 of red onion.
- Take 3 of garlic cloves.
- You need of Chili sauce (optional):.
- It’s 5 of jalapenos.
- You need 1/2 tsp of salt.
- Make ready 1/2 cup of water.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk the egg whites till stiff but not dry.Drop a few large teaspoons of the tapioca mixture into the hot oil.Remove baked fritters from the deep-fryer and transfer to paper towels.Pat them dry, then sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
