- Take 1 kg of grated carrots.
- You need 1 liter of milk.

- Wash carrot remove its skin and grate all carrots..

- Now put bolied milk in it and mix very well, now add cream and mix once again..
- Now stir this till the milk completely evaporates, then add sugar and cardmom powder and again keep on stiring so that it doesn't stick to the bottom..
- When the halwa starts to dry and leave the pan, then switch off the gas. Remove it on a plate & garnish with some roasted dry fruits..
