Ingredients of Anarsa
- You need 2 cup of rice flour.
- Make ready 2 cup of sugar.

Anarsa instructions
- Soaked rice for overnight. Drain and spread on a absorbent paper to dry for 15 minutes.
- Put rice in a grinder jar and grind to a smooth powder.
- Put sugar in a grinder jar and grind it. Combine rice powder and sugar powder.
- Knead a soft dough. Divide dough into equal portions and shape them into small round balls and flatten them.
- Place the poppy seeds in a flat clean surface. Put that flatten balls (disk shape) on the some portion of poppy seeds.
- Shallow fry till light brown.
- Anarsa is ready.
