Imarti step by step
- Soak urad daal and rice for 2 hours..
- Drain the water and keep it in the freeze for 1/2 hour..
- Now churn it in mixer without water..
- Add cornflour to this mix it with a balloon whisker and leave it for fermentation for 1/2 hour..
- Now again whisk it fill it in a piping bag, after adding yellow food color to the batter..
- Meanwhile, prepare sugar syrup of one string with sugar water saffron and cardamom powder..
- Make imarti in medium hot oil, fry it till golden..
- Now immediately put it in hot sugar syrup for five minutes..
- Serve hot..
