Ingredients of Murg musallam
- Make ready of Dry fruits-10almonds,8 cashews and 1tsp sabit zeera.
- Make ready of Onions.
- Prepare 2 of full boiled eggs.
- It’s 1 tsp of finely chopped garlic.
- Prepare leaves of Corriender.
- Make ready 1 of med size whole chicken.

- You need of Merination masala- 150 gms curd,1tsp salt,1tsp red chilli powder.
- Make ready 1 tsp of ginger and garlic paste,1tsp garam masala powder,1tsp lemon.

- And keep it overnight.
- Merinate the chicken with the merination masala.
- Stuffing inside the cavity of the chicken-fry a half finely chopped onion add little salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and garam masala powder.
- Fry them for 5 mins then add the boiled eggs in it.
- Stir the eggs with the masala and fill them inside the cavity of the chicken.
- Now tie up the whole chicken with a thtead leave it in the fridge.
- Now prepare it's gravy.
- In a kadai pour 2 serving sps if refined oil.
- Heat little sabit garam masala in it and little shahi zeera also.
- Then fry 1 med finely chopped onion.Then add 1 tsp chpped garlic.
- After 5 mins add 2 chopped tomatoes in it.
- Again after 5 mins add 1 tsp salt,1tsp red chilli powder,1/2 tsp turmeric powder,1/2 tsp garam masala powder and 1tsp dhania pwder.
- Let them cook in slow flame.
- Then add the grounded Dry fruits.
- Cook all the masalas in slow flame untill the oil separates.
- Now fry the chicken in a separate kadai.
- Then shift it to the kadai which contains cooked masala and cover the lid.
- Keep it covered in slow flame for 5 mins then check whether the chcken gets tender.
- Now spread little zafran over it and garnish it with corriender leaves and serve it hot.
