The special flaky quality of this bread is achieved through a double-roll procedure that fills it with countless layers of ghee, or Indian-style clarified butter, similar to the way puff pastry is layered with butter.

Ingredients of Pratha sandwhiches
- Make ready of bismi-llāhi r-raḥmāni r-rahim.
- You need of For Pratha.
- Prepare 100 gm of white flour.
- It’s 100 gm of all prpose flour.
- It’s 2 tbsp of oil.
- Make ready of salt to tase.
- It’s pinch of baking powder.
- Take of milk half cup.
- You need of For Filling.
- Prepare of chicken 1 cup (boiled and shreded).
- You need of Milk half cup.
- It’s 4 cubes of Cheese.
- Prepare of black pepper 1sp.
- Take of white pepper 1 sp.
- Take 1 tsp of papprika pwd.
- Prepare of seasonal Vegetables (I use onion slice green onion corrainder and chillies) half cup.
- You need 2 tbsp of Mayonnaiee.
- Make ready 2 tbsp of Ketchup.
- Prepare of salt per taste.
- You need 2 tbsp of white flour.

Pratha sandwhiches instructions
- For homemade frozen prathas make a smooth dough and keep in warm place for half nd hour.
- Now divide it into small balls take one ball roll it apply butter or ghee on it put another roll and keep continuing until all balls done. now roll it into oval shape. Make a big cylindrical shape roll and cut a small pieces of 4 inchess thick. now take one piece roll into small circle shape roti 1 incjes tjick and frezze it use whenever needed..
- For filling take milk add half cup water add 2 tbsp white flour white pepper paprikla powder crushed red chillies black pepper Cheese cube and cook until thick stir continously for smoothness now add shreded chicken and onion slice green corrainder and green chillies add Ketchup and mayonnaise and cook until it start leaving pan Filling is ready you can also freeze it…..
- Take a Frozen pratha cut it into square like bread shape (left over corners should be cut into thin strips used to cover pratha slice later) pre heat your sandwhich maker brush with little oil now put frozen pratha slice on it place filling all over cover with thin strips shut down ur sandwhich maker and cook until done it took 5 to 7 min in my sandwhich maker…….
