1. Grease your pan and dust with flour lightly…..preheat your oven at 180° for 10mins,the time is enough for you yi have make your batter..
2. Sift your flour,mix with baking soda and the baking powder…and set aside.
3. Peel the bananas and mash them using a fork set aside too,Hand mix your sugar with the margarine till soft enough but don't over do it. Then mix the two together…..
4. Now add your eggs to the mixture and continue mixing,add the cooking oil to the mixture now…..and lastly add the flour to it and continue hand mixing till well incorporated…..
5. Lastly pour the barter into your pan and set inside your oven….bake for at least 50 mins or insert the toothpick after 40mins to check if ready……
