- Make ready 3 lb of Beef, cubed.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Five spice powder.
- Make ready 10 piece of Sichuan peppercorn.

- You need 5 of Garlic cloves, finely chopped.
- Prepare 1 of Inch ginger, peeled and finely chopped.

- You need 3 of Carrots, peeled and cut into cubes.

- Take 1 tbsp of Red boat fish sauce.
- Take 4 of Tomatoes, quartered.
- Take 2 tbsp of avocado oil.
- Prepare 2 of Bay leaves.
- Take 1 of baguette, sliced.
