  6. You need of 辣椒酱料 Chilli paste.
  7. Prepare of 咖喱粉 Curry powder.
  8. Take of 黄姜粉 Turmeric powder.
  9. You need of 酱清 Light soy sauce.
  10. Take of 椰浆 Coconut milk (250ml).

咖喱鸡 Chicken Curry instructions

  1. 用各一汤匙酱清,咖喱粉和黄姜粉腌鸡肉5分钟 Marinate chicken with curry powder, turmeric powder, light soy sauce (1 tablespoon each) for 5mins.
  2. 洋葱切丁,马铃薯切块 Cut onion into small dices, potato into small cubes.
  3. 把牛油放入加热中的压力锅,加入洋葱,蒜米,马铃薯炒香。Add butter into pressure cooker while it's heating. Add onion, garlic and potato and stir-fry them..
  4. 加入2汤匙辣椒酱料和腌好的鸡肉,继续炒 Add 2 tablespoons of chilli paste and marinated chicken, continue to stir-fry.
  5. 加1碗水用压力锅煮15分钟 Add 1 bowl water, and cook in pressure cooker for 15mins.
  6. 15分钟后加入椰浆,煮2分钟 After 15mins, add coconut milk and cook for 2mins.
