Recipe of Perfect Lazy ‘Yakitori’

Hello everybody, I hope you are having an amazing day. Today I’m gonna show you a way to make a special dish, Lazy ‘Yakitori’. It is one of my favourite food recipe, this time i’am gonna make it a little bit tasty. This is gonna really delicious.
Lazy ‘Yakitori’ Recipe. Because they are not on skewers. Sometime I want to eat 'Yakitori' but I don't want to bother making them.
You can have Lazy ‘Yakitori’ using 10 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you achieve that.
Ingredients of Lazy ‘Yakitori’
- Take 250-300 g of Chicken Thigh Fillets.
- You need of Salt & Pepper.
- Make ready 1 tablespoon of Sake (Rice Wine).
- It’s 4 of thick Spring Onions *use white & lighter colour parts, cut 3cm in length.
- Make ready of Oil for cooking.
- Make ready of <‘Tare’ Sauce> *Only if you wish to season with ‘Tare’ Sauce.
- Take 1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce.
- You need 1 tablespoon of Mirin.
- It’s 1 teaspoon of Sugar.
- Take of Garlic OR Ginger as required.
The lazy version tastes almost the same.Place my 'Lazy Yakitori' on the Freshly Cooked Rice to make this delicious rice bowl dish.My favourite 'Yakitori' is 'Negima', Chicken & Spring Onion, seasoned with just Salt and Pepper, however, for the rice bowl dish, 'Tare' Sauce version is the best.I now always have a bottle of home made yakitori sauce in my fridge to add it whenever it's needed.
Lazy ‘Yakitori’ step by step
- Cut Chicken into bite size pieces and place in a bowl. Add Sake, Salt and Pepper, massage and set aside for 10 minutes. You may wish to add some grated Garlic OR Ginger as well..
- Heat a small amount of Oil in a frying pan over medium to low heat, place Chicken and Spring Onion, and cook for 5 minutes, and DO NOT stir..
- Once the bottom is brown, turn them over and cook 5 minutes, again DO NOT stir..
- Sprinkle with some more Salt and Pepper, and enjoy..
- *If you season with ‘Tare’ Sauce, pour the sauce over and let them combined. My ‘Super Versatile Sweet Soy Sauce’ can be used as ‘Tare’ Sauce, too..
